Our names are Jessica and Jill Emich and we are well-being coaches as well holistic nutrition educators and chef instructors.  Jessica has her Masters in Holistic Nutrition and we both have Culinary Art Degrees.  Nutrition, we feel is the key to optimal health and living to your fullest potential.  It is your foundation.  We are big believers in taking supplements because of environmental toxins, depleted soils, and the reality of the stressful fast paced lifestyles most of us endure.  We have studied nutritional supplements for years, and were so excited when we came upon USANA's Nutritionals.  USANA is a science-based nutritional company that is rated number one in the United States and Canada for purity, potency, and absorbability.
